glTF Report firsts loads and processes the file using glTF Transform, and then runs it through validation. Ideally the initial validation report would reflect only the original asset, without any corrections or errors that glTF Transform might introduce.

After that, we do want the validation report to reflect the latest state of the asset once the user starts making edits.
